Tapfumiswa Davidson Matandaudhle

Tapfuma is an Engagement Manager at CountWise BPO, bringing over two decades of high-level financial and accounting experience. Specialising in tax advisory and financial accounting, Tapfuma has a robust background that includes serving as CFO for both government parastatals and private sector entities.


His expertise lies in leading comprehensive accounting functions, enhancing business profitability through strategic financial initiatives, and ensuring robust compliance and reporting standards. Tapfuma has an accounting degree from UNISA in South Africa. He completed his articles with Ernst & Young, further solidifying his foundation in accounting excellence.

Admire Rabvukwa

Admire is a veteran Chartered Certified Accountant (UK) and holds a BComm (Honours) Degree in Accounting from the University of Zimbabwe. He brings onboard years of international experience in Strategic and Financial planning with key focus on financial analysis, business profitability, budgeting and management of Financial Accounts.


With a rich background in international markets, having led various financial teams in Spain, Norway and Sub-Saharan Africa, Admire is very proficient in preparation of full set financial statements and finalisation of accounts with in-depth knowledge of international accounting standards. Admire now applies his extensive financial and operational acumen to his role as CountWise BPO’s Expert Engagement Manager leading Financial Reporting and Audit services.

Tatenda Andrew Katsande

An experienced accounting professional with over eight years of experience working in the Zimbabwean Banking sector as well as leading Finance and Business Development teams in regional organisations. Tatenda serves as CountWise BPO’s Engagement Manager in charge of Bookkeeping, Advisory and Consulting Services.


Previously, Tatenda working as Business Lead for Bookkeeping and Financial services at a Zimbabwe-based Accounting and Consultancy Firm. Tatenda also brings to the table extensive knowledge and experience from the Zimbabwean Banking sector as well as keen understanding of local regulatory landscape. Tatenda holds a BSc (Honours) Degree in Accountancy and an MSc in Strategic Management from Chinhoyi University of Technology.

Busie Dhlodhlo

Busie is a finance and investment professional with five years work experience and a holder of a Masters in Financial Analysis degree from London Business School, where she was designated a Merit Scholar. She was awarded a first class degree in Finance with an Accounting Minor and was the Best Graduating Student in the Faculty of Commerce in the year she graduated. Busie was a pioneer competitor in the CFA Equity Research Challenge, Zimbabwe chapter, from which her team emerged first runner up winner ahead of the rest of the institutions of higher learning teams in Zimbabwe.


She was awarded CFA scholarships for which she sat for the Level 1 exam and passed. Busie has worked in private equity investment practice and investment management in Africa and abroad. She was also part of a graduate program at Morgan Stanley Investment Management in London, and completed a rotational program at the Afreximbank headquarters (Africa Export Import Bank), a multilateral trade and investment bank headed in Egypt.
